MEETING of the Methuen Licensing Board on Wednesday May 14, 2008 in the Second Floor Conference Room, 41 Pleasant Street. 

Present were Chairman Foderaro and Board Members Jack MacLeod and James Piemonte.\

AGENDA              

Mr. MacLeod motioned to approve the agenda for May 14, 2008 seconded by Mr. Piemonte.  All in favor.

MINUTES              

Mr. MacLeod motioned to approve the minutes for April 9, 2008 seconded by Mr. Piemonte.  All in favor. 

NEW BUSINESS 

Approved:              

A Day to Remember LLC dba/The Original Café, 88 Lowell St. applying for a common victualler license – Shawn Bramble.                              Mr. Piemonte motioned to approve the application of The Original Café seconded by Mr. MacLeod.  All in favor.Approved:              

CEC Entertainment, 90 Pleasant Valley St. applying for new director.Mr. MacLeod asked in to see the file and if all the p/w was in order with a positive response.  Mr. MacLeod motioned to approve the new director as General (Ret) Tommy R. Franks, seconded by Mr. Piemonte.  All in favor.Approved:              

Pizzeria Uno, 552 Broadway applying for change of manager from Francicso Guzman to Brian Murphy. Mr. Brian Murphy represented himself.  Mr. MacLeod asked if all the p/w was in order with a positive response. Mr. MacLeod motioned to approve the transfer from Mr. Guzman to Mr. Murphy. Mr. Piemonte seconded the motion.  All in favor.Approved:              

Mr. MacLeod motioned to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Mr. Piemonte.  All in favor.  I do hereby certify that a meeting of which a quorum was present, the foregoing minutes were adopted by the Methuen Licensing Board by a unanimous vote on June 11, 2008.
