Present were Chairman Foderaro and Board Members Jack MacLeod and Jim Piemonte.

AGENDA              

Mr. MacLeod moved to approve the agenda for October 10, 2007.  Seconded by Jim Piemonte.APPROVED              

MDCCCS Corp. dba/Casey’s Hide-A-Way, 940 Riverside Drive – Manager Dan Fitzgerald applying for a transfer of an all alcohol, common vitualler and entertainment license from Diitris Restaurant, Inc. dba/Dimitris Restaurant – Manager Dimitrios Nikoloulias.                              Mr. Foderaro asked if there was anyone representing the restaurant.  Mr. Fitzgerald (proposed owner) introduced himself and his address being 83 ramshead Road, Medford, MA. Mr. Piemonte asked what kind of food with “pub food” in response. Mr. MacLeod asked what type of entertainment wit a response of what ever is there now, which is recorded or live music and tv.Mr. MacLeod asked if he was TIPS certified?  Mr. Fitzgerald said no, but he will be. Mr. Piemonte asked if he was hands on manager. Mr. MacLeod motioned to approve the transfer with a stipulation of the police department and fire department signing off on the check list. Mr. Piemonte seconded the motion. All in favor.  Unanimous.APPROVED              

VOTE on 2008 licensing fees.  (see attached). Mr. MacLeod motioned to approve the fees as listed. Mr. Piemonte seconded the 2008 licensing fees. All in favor.  Unaminous.APPROVED              

Mr. Piemonte motioned to adjourn the meeting. Mr. MacLeod seconded. All in favor.  Unanimous.
