Present were Chairman Foderaro and Board Member Jack MacLeod. 

Mr. MacLeod moved to approve the agenda of July 11, 2007.  Mr. Foderaro

seconded the motion. WITHDRAWN(incomplete application) for El Conuco Restaurant,

55 Broadway applying for a transfer of manager from Julio Concepcion to George Rosario.

APPROVED              

Hughes Motors, 1030 Riverside Drive, manager Michael Courtney applying for a Class II

Auto License with a 75 car limit. Mr. Courtney represented himself.  He offered his

experience with being owner of a car lot in New Hampshire w/o any problems.

Mr. MacLeod asked in all the paperwork was in order with a positive response.

Mr. MacLeod motioned to approve the Class II Auto License to Michael Courtney.

Mr. Foderaro seconded the motion.

All in favor. APPROVED              

Mr. MacLeod motioned to adjourn the meeting.
