SPECIAL MEETING of the Methuen Licensing Board on FRIDAY – June 29, 2007 AT 8:30AM in the second floor conference room, 41 Pleasant Street. 

Present were Chairman Foderaro and Board Member Jim Piemonte. 

Agenda:                             

Mr. Piemonte moved to approve the agenda.  Mr. Chairman seconded. Approved:              

Havan, LLC, dba/Plaza Liquors, 182 Haverhill Street applying for transfer of an all alcohol package store license – Manager, Pathik Patel from Chea Partnership, dba/Plaza Liquors – Manager, Eng Men.Mr. Foderaro asked if all the paperwork was in order with a positive response.  Mr. Piemonte motioned to approve the transfer.  Mr. Foderaro seconded the transfer.All in favor.Approved:              

Mr. Piemonte motioned to adjourn the meeting.  Mr. Foderaro seconded.
