Present were Chairman Foderaro and Board Member John MacLeod.

Approved: Mr. MacLeod motioned to approve the minutes for January 10, 2007.  Mr. Foderaro seconded.                              All in favor. Approved:              

Mr. MacLeod motioned to approve the agenda for February 26, 2007. Mr. Foderaro seconded. All in favor.Approved:              

Dimitrios Nikoloulias dba/Dimitrios Restaurant applying for a new all alcohol restaurant, common victualler and entertainment license – Manager Dimitrios Nikoloulias. Mr. MacLeod asked if anyone was present for the application on Dimitrios Restaurant without response.  He then asked the clerk if all the paperwork was in order.  In response there were the following needed.  1.  Back taxes owed (76.00), 2.  Legal notice 3.  Floor plan 4.  abutter notification 5.  Articles of organization.  Mr. MacLeod mentioned that they need to be TIP Certified also. Mr. MacLeod motioned that the application on Dimitrios Restaurant be approved with the following stipulations.

1.      Back taxes are paid

2.      Legal notice forwarded

3.      Floor plan

4.      Abutter notification

5.      Articles of organization

6.      TIP Certification applied for

Mr. Chairman seconded the motion.All in favor.  UnanimousApproved:              

Emile S. Maroun dba/Georges’s Bakery, 26 Spruce Street applying for a new beer/wine package store license – Manager Emile Maroun.Mr. Chairman asked if there was any representation.  Mr. Emile Maroun, Sr. and Jr. were both present.  Also asked of the clerk if all the paperwork was in order.  Ms. Hajjar replied that still needed was a floor plan as to where the alcohol will be stored and the check list back from the fire department.Mr. MacLeod asked what the hours of the store were.  Response was 7:30am- 5:30pm Monday through Saturday, closed Sunday.  Mr. Maroun was told that alcohol could not be sold until 8:00am.  Mr. MacLeod went over TIP certification and Mr. Maroun said he had all the information and would take care of it right away.Mr. MacLeod motioned to approve the new license for Emile Maroun dba/George’s Bakery, 26 Spruce Street with the stipulation of the Fire Department’s approval and a floor plan submitted for the ABCC. Mr. Chairman seconded the motion. All in favor.Approved:
