Present were Chairman Foderaro and Board Members Jack MacLeod and James Piemonte. Mr. MacLeod moved to approve the agenda of January 10, 2007.  Mr. Foderaro seconded. Approved:              

Eugene J. Lahey, Jr., dba/The Hampstead Manor applying to transfer an all alcohol restaurant license to S & P Farah, Inc. dba/The Hampstead Manor, Elias Kanj, Manager.Atty. Nicosia represented both parties adding that S & P Farah is a family owned business. They have experience in another restaurant which is in good standing. It will be open 7 days a week 11-12 Monday – Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. On Friday open until 1AM.  Entertainment will be TV and radio. No night club. The Farah’s understand it is a privilege to acquire a liquor license. They have a tentative date for TIP Certification. Mr. MacLeod asked if anyone was in opposition with no response. Mr. Piemonte motioned to transfer an all alcohol, entertainment and CV license to S & P Farah, Inc.Mr. MacLeod seconded. Approved:              

Dennis Testagrossa, dba/Hughes Motors, 1030 Riverside Drive applying for a new Class II Auto License. Mr. MacLeod asked if anyone was present in favor of the license.Mr. Dennis Testagrossa responded that he has 25 years experience in the business. He also included 31 Copeland Ave. Hudson, NH. Mr. Piemonte asked what was there now with a response of a white building that has been cleaned up.                              Mr. Charles Gilespie 592 Lowell St., Methuen, (owner of Charles Auto) is here to speak in favor of the license. He said he has known Mr. Testagrossa for 10 years.There was no one in opposition. Mr. Piemonte motioned to approve the new class II license. Mr. MacLeod seconded.All in favor.Approved:
