Present were Chairman Foderaro, John MacLeod and James Piemonte.

Mr. MacLeod motioned to approve the agenda of December 13, 2006.  Mr. Foderaro seconded. Approved              

Paul’s Pub & Inn, Inc. dba/Paul Pub & Inn, 91 Broadway St. applying for a change of manager from Elena Reynoso to Sandra Powers. Mr. Chairman asked if anyone was representing Paul’s. Mr. Biancardi, owner, was present along with Sandra Powers. Mr. Biancardi offered that Sandra Powers is experienced in managing and also is TIP Certified. Mr. MacLeod asked the clerk if all the paperwork was in order with a positive response. Mr. MacLeod motioned to approve the transfer of manager from Elena Reynosa to Sandra Powers. Mr. Piemonte seconded.  All in favor. Approved:              

Extended Holiday Hours vote for Christmas Eve, Sunday December 24, 3006, and New Years’ Eve, Sunday December 31, 2006 – Package store licensees may remain open until 11:30pm. Mr. Piemonte motioned to approve. Mr. MacLeod seconded. All in favor.Approved:              

2007 Renewals for Businesses (attached). Mr. MacLeod motioned to approve the attached list of businesses. Mr. Piemonte seconded. All in favor.Approved:    

Mr. MacLeod motioned to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Piemonte seconded the motion. All in favor.
