Present were Chairman Foderaro and Board Member Jack MacLeod. Mr. MacLeod moved to approve the agenda of November 8, 2006.  Mr. Foderaro seconded. Mr. MacLeod moved to approve the minutes of October 11, 2006.  Mr. Foderaro seconded. Approved:              

TGI FRIDAYS, 90A Pleasant Valley St., applying for a change of manager from Christine Benjamin to Joseph Stella. Mr. MacLeod asked if there was anyone present for TGI Friday’s with Mr. Joseph Stella representing himself. Mr. Chairman asked if all the paperwork was in order with a positive response from the clerk. Mr. MacLeod motioned to approve the transfer.Mr. Chairman seconded the motion. All in favor.Approved:              

Pizza Boys, 66 Broadway – Manager Osman Ozarslan applying for a new common victualler.  Mr. Chairman asked if all the paperwork was in order.  The clerk stated the CORI has not yet been returned. Mr. MacLeod motioned to approved contingent upon return of a positive CORI. Mr. Chairman seconded.Approved:              

Methuen Festival of Trees, 13 Branch St. applying for a One Day All Alcohol license for November 17, 2006 from 7:00pm – 10:00pm. Mr. MacLeod motioned to approve the one day license. Mr. Chairman seconded the motion. All in favor.Approved:              

Vote on 2007 licensing fees. Mr. MacLeod motioned to approve the Licensing Fees to remain the same. Mr. Chairman seconded the motion. All in favor.Approved:              

Mr. MacLeod motioned to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Chairman seconded the motion. All in favor.
