The Methuen Licensing Board met on September 13, 2006 at 7pm in the Second Floor Conference Room 208 of the Searles Building. The following are meeting minutes. 

METHUEN LICENSING BOARD

SEARLES BUILDING, 41 PLEASANT STREET, SECOND FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM #208, WEDNESDAY - SEPTEMBER 13, 2006 AT 7:00PM 

MEETING of the Methuen Licensing Board on Wednesday, September 13, 2006 at 7:00pm in the Second Floor Conference Room, 41 Pleasant Street. 

Present were Chiarman Foderaro abd Board Members Jack MacLeod and Jim Piemonte (7:05). 

Agenda:               

Mr. MacLeod moved to approve the agenda of September 13, 2006.  Mr. Foderaro seconded.  All in favor.

Minutes:               

Mr. MacLeod moved to approve the minutes of July 12 and August 9, 2006.  Mr. Foderaro seconded.  All in favor. Approved:               

Mr. Foderaro moved to take Rosario 1859 House out of order to hear it first.                                Mr. MacLeod seconded.  All in favor. Approved:               

Rosario 1859 House, Inc. dba/1859 Restaurant, 12-16 Hampshire St., applying for a change in manager to Miguel A. Rosario from Dawn Dallaire. Mr. Rosario represented himself.  Mr. MacLeod commented on the 1859 and how great it looks.  Mr. MacLeod asked if there have been any problems or if the police were called.  Mr. Rosario said no.Mr. Foderaro commented again on how great the place looked and he was happy he was doing well.Mr. MacLeod motioned to approve the change of manager to Mr. Rosario.Mr. Foderaro seconded.  All in favor.Approved:               

CT Restaurants, Inc., dba/Nick’s Family Pizza, 246 Broadway, Manager – Craig Farrington applying for a common victualler license. Mr. MacLeod asked if all the paperwork was in order with a positive response. Mr. MacLeod motioned to approve the new common victualler license. Mr. Piemonte seconded the motion. Mr. Foderaro – All in favor.Approved:               

Pizza Hut of America, Inc. dba/Pizza Hut, 216 Haverhill St., - Manager – Sarah Taylor applying for a transfer of stock. Mr. Piemonte asked if the paperwork was in order with a positive response. Mr. Piemonte motioned to approve the transfer of stock. Mr. MacLeod seconded the motion. All in favor.Approved:               

Not Your Average Joe’s, Methuen LLC, dba/Not Your Average Joe’s, 90 Pleasant Valley St. applying for a change of manager from Michele O’Brien to John Forbush. Mr. Piemonte asked if the paperwork was in orderwith a positive response. Mr. Piemonte motioned to approve the transfer of manager to John Forbush. Mr. MacLeod seconded the motion. All in favor.                Approved:               

American Mulit-Cinema, Inc. dba/AMC Theatres, 90 Pleasant Valley St. applying for a change of ownership from Loews Cineplex Entertainment Corp. – Manager Lida Parsons. Mr. Piemonte asked if the paperwork was in order with a positive response. Mr. Piemonte motioned to approve the transfer of manager to John Forbush. Mr. MacLeod seconded the motion. All in favor.   SEP 13, 2006 LBHMPAGE 2 Approved:               

Jackson Street Donuts LLC, dba/Dunkin Donuts, 40 Jackson St., applying for a new common victualler license.  Formerly owned by Jackson Ventures, Inc.Mr. Piemonte asked if the paperwork was in order with a positive response.Mr. Piemonte motioned to approve the new common victualler license under Jackson Street Donuts LLC. Mr. MacLeod seconded the motion. All in favor.
